The French word ‘Caveau’ means a Vault. Any establishment can become a Caveau and
their aim is to Protect and promote the art of sabrage
(the opening of champagne with a French cavalry sabre).
The Caveaux range from small restaurants and Wine Bars to the grandest of Hotels. They all have two things in common – Champagne and fun.
Serving Modern American Comfort Classics
A group of 3 restaurants. Two serve American foods in a casual atmosphere, and are The Fire Station and Bistro@ NTU. The 3rd is called SavourWorld which serves Tex-Mex cuisine.
